Step 1: Assess

Don't use Clorox Oxi Magic on:
  • Nylon
  • Silk
  • Wool
  • Leather
  • Surfaces damaged by water
Step 2: Identify
  • Coffee/tea
  • Cosmetics
  • Grape/berry juice
  • Grease from food
  • Ink
  • Mechanical grease and oil
  • Mud/dirt
  • Red wine
  • Soda
  • Tomato sauce
Step 3: Test
  1. Dissolve 1 teaspoon of Clorox® Oxi Magic™ stain remover powder in 1 cup of hot water. Or use Clorox® Oxi Magic™ stain remover spray.
  2. Soak a hidden area of the garment in the powder solution for 1 minute. If using Clorox® Oxi Magic™ stain remover spray, apply to a hidden area of the garment and allow the product to sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Rinse and let dry.
  4. The garment is safe for washing if the color does not fade or bleed.
Step 4: Apply the Magic
Powder Spray
  1. Dissolve 1/2 scoop of Clorox® Oxi Magic™ stain remover powder for each 1 cup of water used.
  2. Soak up any excess liquid or residue from the stain.
  3. Apply the solution to the stain and rub it in gently.
  4. Allow to absorb for 5-30 minutes.
  5. Rinse with water.
  6. Soak up moisture with a towel or heavy cloth.

  3. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Wash immediately with detergent in the warmest water the fabric will accept.
